We use specially developed high-tech equipment to measure the condition of every traction battery as soon as a new electric vehicle enters the market. At the same time, we test battery cells in our laboratory under extreme conditions – monitored around the clock.
This provides us with precise data on the actual condition of the battery – field-related, independently and reliably.

In addition to providing standard battery data, AVILOO also offers targeted analysis tailored precisely to specific requirements.
Our experienced team of engineers, who specialize in analyzing high-voltage batteries in electric vehicles, carry out customized special analyses. These are based on our proprietary methodology, which was developed at the AVILOO Technology Center and is continuously being refined.

Whether large battery storage systems for ships, ferries, electric excavators, cranes, or stationary systems – continuous monitoring is crucial. This is because the safety and performance of the battery installation must be guaranteed at all times.

Customer-specific data is provided via the AVILOO Battery Cloud or fully automatically via API. The cloud offers a flexibly configurable interface for analyzing and visualizing millions of precise battery data points.

Together with our customers, we develop fully automated data analyses – precisely tailored to the respective application. Safety-critical parameters such as cell voltages and temperatures are continuously monitored. If limit values are exceeded, notifications can be sent flexibly via SMS, email, Slack, and other channels.
