This step is very important for the AVILOO Engineering Team. Only with the registration certificate and the information contained there, we are able to identify your battery correctly. Only in this way can we ensure that we select the correct battery and do not distort the result values.

What do I receive after the order? What happens after that?

After your order you will receive an AVILOO BOX including all necessary cables from us. After that you only need to plug the AVILOO BOX into your vehicle and follow the instructions from the webapp. The link for the AVILOO webapp will be sent to you by e-mail and SMS before the AVILOO BOX is delivered.

The duration of delivery varies from country to country. Geographical distance from Austria and country-specific customs procedures have the greatest influence on delivery time. In the European geographical area, delivery should not take longer than one week. Outside the European geographical area, delivery may take longer.
